Target Information
CD61 (GPIIIa, ITGB3)는 거핵세포, 혈소판 및 그 전구세포에서 발견되는 당단백질입니다.
이 항원은 혈소판 응집에 관여하며, 피브리노겐, 피브로넥틴, 폰 빌레브란트 인자(von Willebrand factor), 비트로넥틴(vitronectin) 등의 수용체로 작용합니다.
CD61은 105 kDa의 당단백질로, 세포 표면에서 αIIb 인테그린(CD41) 또는 αV 인테그린(CD51)과 결합합니다.
CD61은 CD41과 함께 혈소판 및 거핵세포에서, CD51과 함께 내피세포, 단핵구, 혈소판 및 파골세포에서 발현됩니다.
이 단백질은 세포 부착 및 세포 표면 신호전달에 관여하며, Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 Bleeding Disorder와 같은 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
