Target Information
CD39 세포 표면 항원은 70–100 kDa의 단백질로, 말초혈액 B세포, 단핵구, T세포 클론에 발현되며, 과립구에서는 약하게 발현됩니다. CD39는 고유한 ecto-ATPase 활성을 가지고 있으며, T세포의 활성화 시 발현이 유도되고 B세포에서는 후기 활성화 항원으로 발현이 증가합니다.
