PIK3CB (phosphatidylinositol 4,5-biphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit beta isoform)는 PtdIns, PtdIns4P, PtdIns(4,5)P2를 인산화하여 PIP3를 생성하는 포스포이노시티드-3-키나아제입니다.
PIP3는 PH 도메인을 가진 단백질을 막으로 유도하고, 세포 성장·생존·증식·운동성·형태 조절에 관여하는 신호 전달 경로를 활성화하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
