Target Information
TRA-1-60은 인간 배아줄기세포, 배아암세포, 유도만능줄기세포(iPS)에서 SSEA-3, SSEA-4, TRA-1-81과 함께 발현되는 세포 표면항원입니다. 이러한 표지자는 분화 과정 중 소실되며, 반대로 SSEA-1은 미분화 상태에서는 존재하지 않지만 레티노산에 의해 분화된 세포에서는 발현됩니다.
