Target Information

Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit targets. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host with pooled rabbit immunoglobulins and further purified or modified (e.g., affinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to ensure high specificity.
