Vesicle-associated membrane protein-associated protein B/C (VAPB)는 인간의 20번 염색체에 위치한 VAPB 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 세포막 및 세포 내 소포막에서 발견되는 type IV 막 단백질로, VAPA와 이합체를 형성하며 VAMP1 및 VAMP2와 상호작용하여 소포 수송(vesicle trafficking)에 관여할 수 있습니다.
