Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: Add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NUBPL is required for the assembly of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I). It may deliver one or more Fe-S clusters to complex I subunits.
