Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a protein serine/threonine phosphatase of the PP2C family. This protein interacts with integrin-linked kinase (ILK/ILK1), a regulator of integrin-mediated signaling, and regulates ILK kinase activity. Through this interaction, the protein may selectively affect ILK-mediated GSK3β signaling and participate in the Wnt signaling pathway.
