For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

WW domain-containing transcription regulator protein 1 (WWTR1) is a transcriptional coactivator acting downstream in the Hippo signaling pathway, which regulates organ size and tumor suppression by controlling cell proliferation and apoptosis.
This pathway involves a kinase cascade where STK3/MST2 and STK4/MST1, together with SAV1, activate LATS1/2 in complex with MOB1. MOB1 then phosphorylates and inactivates YAP1 and WWTR1/TAZ.
WWTR1 enhances PAX8 and NKX2-1/TTF1-dependent gene activation, regulates SMADS nuclear accumulation, and couples them to transcriptional machinery such as the mediator complex. It also plays a role in stem-cell self-renewal, proliferation, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition.
