Target Information
MID1IP1 plays a role in the regulation of lipogenesis in the liver. It up-regulates ACACA enzyme activity and is required for efficient lipid biosynthesis, including triacylglycerol, diacylglycerol, and phospholipid. It is also involved in the stabilization of microtubules.
