Target Information
African swine fever virus protein p54 is an important structural protein and highly immunogenic. Mouse monoclonal antibodies prepared against a baculovirus-expressed p54 polypeptide recognize both conserved and variable epitopes. These epitopes also react with sera from ASFV-infected pigs.
