Target Information
P504S/AMACR (α-Methylacyl-CoA Racemase)는 가지사슬 지방산의 β-산화 과정에서 필수 효소입니다. P504S 단백질은 전립선 선암(prostatic adenocarcinoma)에서 높은 발현을 보이나, 정상 전립선 조직에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 또한 전립선의 두 가지 전암 병변인 고등급 전립선 상피내 신생물(PIN)과 비정형 선종성 과형성에서도 발현이 확인됩니다.
