Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The ubiquitin (Ub) pathway involves three enzymatic steps facilitating conjugation of Ub and Ub-like molecules to specific substrates.
UBE2E3 (also known as UBCH9) catalyzes covalent attachment of ubiquitin to target proteins, playing a role in transepithelial sodium transport regulation in renal cells and possibly in cell growth arrest.
UBE2E3 shuttles between cytoplasm and nucleus in an IPO11-dependent manner, expressed ubiquitously at low levels and highly in skeletal muscle.
