Target Information
The WNT gene family consists of structurally related genes that encode secreted signaling proteins. These proteins are implicated in oncogenesis and various developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis.

This protein shares 96% amino acid identity with the mouse Wnt10b protein. The gene is clustered with WNT1 in the chromosome 12q13 region.
