C1-inhibitor (C1INH)는 classical complement pathway와 kinin 생성 및 응고의 contact activation system을 조절하는 단백질입니다. 주요 표적 단백질분해효소는 C1r, C1s, coagulation factors XIa 및 XIIa, plasma kallikrein입니다. 단일 폴리펩타이드 사슬로 구성되어 있으며 분자량은 약 104 kDa입니다. 혈청 농도는 약 180 µg/mL로 보고되었습니다.
