Target Information

SIGLECs are members of the immunoglobulin superfamily expressed on the cell surface. Most SIGLECs contain one or more immune receptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs) in their cytoplasmic domains. They are typically expressed on cells of the innate immune system, except for SIGLEC6, which is expressed on B cells.
