Target Information
PNLIPRP2 is a lipase with broad substrate specificity. It can hydrolyze both phospholipids and galactolipids. It acts preferentially on monoglycerides, phospholipids, and galactolipids. PNLIPRP2 also contributes to milk fat hydrolysis.
