Estrogen-related receptor gamma (ERRG, ERR3, NR3B3)는 핵 호르몬 수용체 슈퍼패밀리의 orphan 수용체로, 리간드 결합 없이 전사 활성화 인자로 작용합니다. 에스트로겐 반응 요소(ERE)에 특이적으로 결합하여 해당 반응 요소에 의해 조절되는 리포터 유전자의 발현을 활성화합니다. 또한 골격근에서 PERM1의 발현을 유도합니다.
