Target Information
Essential component of glycosylphosphatidylinositol-mannosyltransferase 1, which transfers the first of the four mannoses in the GPI-anchor precursors during GPI-anchor biosynthesis. Probably acts by stabilizing the mannosyltransferase PIGM.
