Product Specific Information
This antibody is predicted to react with Mouse, Bovine, and Pig.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.
Advantages include:
- Enhanced specificity and sensitivity
- Lot-to-lot consistency
- Animal origin-free formulations
- Broader immunoreactivity due to the rabbit immune repertoire
Target Information
ARP2 (actin-related protein 2) is an ATP-binding component of the ARP2/3 complex, a multiprotein complex that mediates actin polymerization upon stimulation by nucleation-promoting factors (NPFs).
The ARP2/3 complex forms branched actin networks in the cytoplasm, driving cell motility, and also promotes actin polymerization in the nucleus, regulating gene transcription and DNA repair.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
