Target Information
TMOD1 유전자는 트로포모듈린(tropomodulin) 계열 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 액틴 필라멘트의 끝단에서 트로포미오신의 N-말단에 결합하여 탈중합 및 신장을 억제함으로써 적혈구 세포골격의 구조를 조절하는 액틴 캡핑 단백질입니다. 동일한 단백질을 암호화하는 여러 전사 변이가 보고되어 있습니다.
