Target Information
Mouse IgA는 항원에 반응하여 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 A 항체입니다. 점막 면역계의 핵심 구성 요소로, 호흡기, 위장관, 비뇨생식기 등 점막 표면을 통해 침입하는 병원체로부터 신체를 보호합니다.
두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, 점막 분비물에서 가장 풍부한 면역글로불린입니다. 병원체를 중화하고 점막 표면에 부착하는 것을 방지하는 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Mouse IgA는 ELISA, Western blotting, Immunohistochemistry 등 다양한 연구 및 진단 응용 분야에서 널리 사용됩니다.
