Target Information
Cofilin은 세포 내에서 널리 분포하는 액틴 조절 단백질로, 필라멘트 형태의 F-actin에 결합하여 탈중합시키고, 단량체 G-actin의 중합을 pH 의존적으로 억제합니다. 또한 actin-cofilin 복합체의 세포질에서 핵으로의 이동에 관여합니다.
