Target Information
NSUN6 is an RNA methyltransferase that catalyzes methylation at cytosine C72 in specific tRNAs. It localizes mainly in the cytoplasm and colocalizes with the Golgi apparatus and pericentriolar matrix, suggesting its role in late tRNA biogenesis. NSUN6 may also play a key role in bone metastasis and represents a potential therapeutic target.
