Annexin A11은 칼슘 의존성 인지질 결합 단백질군인 Annexin 패밀리에 속하는 단백질을 암호화하는 유전자입니다. Annexin 단백질은 고유한 N-말단 도메인과 보존된 C-말단 도메인을 가지며, C-말단에는 칼슘 의존적 인지질 결합 부위가 포함되어 있습니다. 이 단백질은 다양한 자가면역 질환 환자의 혈청에서 인식되는 56 kDa 항원으로 알려져 있습니다. 동일한 아이소폼을 암호화하는 전사 변이체가 확인되었습니다.
