Target Information
SLC35D2는 UDP-N-acetylglucosamine (UDP-GlcNAc), UDP-glucose (UDP-Glc), GDP-mannose (GDP-Man) 등의 뉴클레오타이드 당을 세포질에서 골지체 내강으로 수송하는 안티포터로 작용합니다. 이러한 수송은 해당 당 뉴클레오타이드의 대응되는 뉴클레오사이드 모노포스페이트(UMP 또는 GMP)와 교환되어 이루어집니다. 또한 heparan sulfate 합성에 관여하여 성장 인자 신호전달에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.
