Target Information
Clone 1135 recognizes SRC-1 (steroid receptor coactivator-1), a member of the gene family involved in full transcriptional activation of the steroid hormone receptor superfamily. SRC-1 exhibits intrinsic histone acetyltransferase activity, has a molecular weight of approximately 160 kDa, and contains a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH)-PAS domain.
