Target Information
Actin은 세포골격을 구성하는 필라멘트 형성에 관여하는 보편적 단백질로, myosin과 상호작용하여 근육 수축, 세포 이동, 세포질 분열을 돕습니다. 척추동물에서는 alpha, beta, gamma 세 가지 주요 isoform이 존재하며, alpha-actin은 근육 조직에서 수축 장치의 주요 구성 요소로 존재하고, beta 및 gamma-actin은 대부분의 세포에서 세포골격과 세포 내 이동에 관여합니다.
