MCM2 (Mini chromosome maintenance protein 2)는 DNA 복제 조절에 관여하는 핵 단백질입니다. CDCL1, mitotin, BM28로도 알려져 있으며, 세포 주기 조절과 DNA 복제 개시에 필수적인 역할을 합니다. MCM2는 인간 염색체 3q21 위치에 있으며, 급성 골수성 백혈병(AML)에서 염색체 절단에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있는 종양유전자 후보로 제안되었습니다.
