This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal clones for production.

Target Information
IGF-BPs regulate the distribution, function, and activity of IGFs in various tissues and body fluids.
IGF-BP6 specifically inhibits IGF-II actions and is produced by bone cells. It is the major IGF-BP present in cerebrospinal fluid.
IGF-BP6 has been reported to inhibit IGF-II-dependent cancers such as neuroblastoma, colon cancer, and rhabdomyosarcoma.
