Target Information
PSRC1은 유사분열(mitosis)의 정상적인 진행을 위해 필요하며, metaphase plate에서 염색체의 정상적인 배열 및 anaphase 동안 염색체 분리 속도 조절에 관여합니다.
또한, 유사분열 방추체(mitotic spindle) 역학 조절에 중요한 역할을 하며, metaphase 방추체에서 미세소관(microtubule) turnover 속도를 증가시켜 자매 키네토코어 간 정상적인 장력을 생성합니다.
PSRC1은 KIF2A 및 ANKRD53을 유사분열 방추체 및 방추체 극(spindle poles)에 모집하며, p53/TP53 조절 성장 억제 경로에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
