The TOPO™ TA Cloning™ Dual Promoter Kit enables fast and efficient cloning followed by in vitro transcription/translation.
This kit includes the pCR™II-TOPO™ TA vector, eliminating time-consuming restriction site cloning. TOPO™ cloning requires only 5 minutes using a simple 3-step protocol and yields up to 95% recombinants.
