Target Information
AMOT (Angiomotin)은 angiostatin 결합 단백질 계열인 motin family에 속하며, coiled-coil domain과 PDZ 결합 모티프를 특징으로 합니다. AMOT는 ARHGAP17과의 복합체를 통해 tight junction 유지에 중심적인 역할을 하며, polarity protein의 흡수를 조절합니다. 주로 모세혈관 내피세포와 태반의 큰 혈관에서 발현되어 angiostatin의 억제 효과 및 새로운 혈관 형성 과정에서 내피세포 이동을 조절합니다.
