Target Information
NME1은 전이성이 높은 세포에서 mRNA 전사 수준이 감소된 것으로 확인된 단백질입니다. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK)는 A(NME1)와 B(NME2) 아이소폼으로 구성된 헥사머 형태로 존재합니다.
이 유전자의 돌연변이는 공격적인 신경모세포종에서 발견되었으며, 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변이체가 알려져 있습니다.
또한 NME1과 인접한 하류 유전자인 NME2의 공동 전사로 인해 NME1-NME2 융합 단백질이 생성되며, 이는 각각의 개별 단백질과 동일한 서열을 공유합니다.
