Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional round of desalting (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The CTAG1B gene encodes an antigen overexpressed in various cancers but also expressed in normal testis.
It is located in a duplicated region of the X-chromosome and has a neighboring gene with an identical sequence.
