In many fields, a moisture analyzer is a necessary tool for quality control requirements. With the MOC63u, you can easily obtain accurate data. Simply place material on the pan and shut the cover. The MOC63u will start to measure. The MOC63u adapts to various materials and increases your work efficiency.

The moisture analyzers are dangerous if you do not follow the safety precautions, accidents such as fire may result in death or property damage. In addition, moisture analyzer has high temperature parts which may cause burns if safety precautions are not taken. * Please be sure to observe and follow the "Safety Precautions" listed in the instruction manual. * Do not measure samples that may undergo dangerous chemical reactions when heated. This may result in an explosion or generation of toxic gases. * Do not place flammable materials near the moisture analyzer. During measurement, some parts of the analyzer become extremely hot which may cause fire if flammable materials are placed nearby. * Do not touch the heat-dissipating part of the heater cover or the sample pan with your bare hands. This may result in burns. * Do not use the moisture analyzer to measure flammable materials such as the electrolyte in lithium batteries. Combustible materials may ignite when measured with this moisture analyzer using the loss on drying method. For measuring the moisture content of combustible materials, we recommend the Karl Fischer moisture analyzer.

Halogen heater

Long-life and high power halogen heater provides quick and accurate measurement. The temperature can be changed from 50 degrees to 200 degree Celsius.
You can check sample status from window while measurement.

Data management and easy operation

A built-in USB port is equipped as standard.
The measure results can be transferred by USB cable. If connect with PC by USB, needs USB driver. Please download from here.

Various measurement modes

A total of five modes makes this balance compatible with a variety of sample measurements.
Ending modes: Automatic ending mode
Automatically ends measurement when moisture loss over the previous 30 seconds becomes smaller than specified percentage.
