Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RALBP1 specifically activates hydrolysis of GTP bound to RAC1 and CDC42, but not RALA. It mediates ATP-dependent transport of S-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-glutathione (DNP-SG) and doxorubicin (DOX), serving as the major ATP-dependent transporter of glutathione conjugates of electrophiles (GS-E) and DOX in erythrocytes.
RALBP1 catalyzes transport of glutathione conjugates and xenobiotics, contributing to multidrug resistance. It also functions as a scaffold protein assembling endocytotic complexes during interphase and interacts with CDC2 to regulate endocytosis. One of its substrates is EPN1/Epsin.
