For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of a subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). The hnRNPs are RNA-binding proteins that complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA and are involved in pre-mRNA processing, mRNA metabolism, and transport.
HNRNPH1 contains three quasi-RRM domains that bind RNA and is similar to HNRPF. It may be associated with hereditary lymphedema type I. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
