SAGA 복합체 내에서 H2A 및 H2B 히스톤을 탈유비퀴틴화하는 서브컴플렉스에 참여합니다.
MYC와 같은 활성자에 의해 특정 유전자 프로모터로 모집되어 전사에 필수적인 역할을 하며, 핵 수용체 매개 전사활성화에도 필요합니다.
