DSB-X biotin goat anti-chicken IgG는 교차 흡착되지 않은 항체로부터 제조되었습니다. DSB-X biotin은 desthiobiotin의 안정된 전구체로, 7-원자 spacer를 사용하여 streptavidin 또는 avidin의 깊은 biotin 결합 포켓에 더 효과적으로 접근할 수 있습니다. 일반적인 biotin-avidin 결합은 강한 chaotropic agent나 낮은 pH에서만 분리되지만, DSB-X biotin은 중성 pH 및 실온에서 과량의 D-desthiobiotin 또는 천연 D-biotin을 첨가함으로써 결합을 되돌릴 수 있습니다.

Anti-Chicken 2차 항체는 닭 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화정제 항체입니다. 검출, 분류, 정제 등에 유용하며 HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 결합하여 높은 감도와 신호 증폭 효과를 제공합니다. 일반적으로 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 면역하여 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 표지 결합 등의 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 정제됩니다.
