Target Information
PUF60 encodes a Ro RNP-binding protein that interacts with Ro RNPs, possibly conferring a gain of function.
This protein forms a ternary complex with FUSE and FUSE-binding protein, repressing c-myc reporter activity via FUSE.
It targets transcription factor IIH and inhibits activated transcription.
PUF60 is implicated in xeroderma pigmentosum and exhibits alternative splicing and multiple polyadenylation sites.
