The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% as confirmed by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
ADRBK2 (adrenergic beta receptor kinase 2), also known as GRK3, is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates receptor function. It shares 85% amino acid similarity with ADRBK1, and 95% similarity within the catalytic domain. ADRBK2 mRNA is approximately 8 kilobases and displays a distribution similar to ADRBK1, suggesting a family of receptor kinases with broad regulatory roles.
