The ProcartaPlex Human Cytokine/Chemokine/Growth Factor 384 well Panel 45plex (lyophilized beads) enables the study of immune function by analyzing 45 protein targets in a single well using Luminex FLEXMAP 3D and INTELLIFLEX instruments.
The 384-well flat-bottom plate contains ready-to-use lyophilized Luminex beads for fewer pipetting steps, less time-to-result, and seamless integration into workflows.

ProcartaPlex preconfigured panels are extensively tested for analyte combinability, interference, and cross-reactivity to provide the highest level of validation and precision. All ProcartaPlex panels are supplied with the necessary reagents to perform the assay.

About ProcartaPlex 384-well assays for the Luminex platform

ProcartaPlex 384-well immunoassays are based on sandwich ELISA principles, using two highly specific antibodies binding to different epitopes of one protein to quantitate all protein targets simultaneously using Luminex FLEXMAP 3D and INTELLIFLEX instruments.

• Requires as little as 6.3 μL of plasma or serum, or 12.5 μL of cell culture supernatant
• Four-hour total assay time for analyzed results
• Ready-to-use lyophilized Luminex beads minimize pipetting steps
• Validated for protein target combinability and cross-reactivity
• Allows simultaneous measurement of multiple targets per sample
• Uses Luminex xMAP technology for multiplexed detection and quantitation

The Luminex beads are internally dyed with precise proportions of red and infrared fluorophores to create spectrally unique signatures identifiable by Luminex detection systems (FLEXMAP 3D and INTELLIFLEX). Each bead is conjugated to a capture antibody specific to a single protein target. Bound proteins are detected using biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin–R-phycoerythrin (RPE) fluorescence.

Unlike traditional ELISA, ProcartaPlex assays use free-floating bead-conjugated antibodies rather than plate-bound ones, allowing multiplexed detection of numerous targets using minimal sample volume.
