- 본 항체는 Mouse 또는 Rat과 반응하지 않습니다.
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed) 시, 실온에서 30분간 항체를 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris / 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 과정이 필요합니다.
