Seamless Assembly of up to 15 Fragments

A robust, two-step process combining up to 15 inserts and vector in a proprietary enzymatic mix. DNA fragments with shared terminal homology are assembled without extra sequences or scars. The 20–40 bp end homology can be designed during synthesis or engineered by PCR. The enzyme mix ensures covalently bound, seamless DNA constructs with high efficiency.
