Aliquots of 5 µg, 10 µg, and 20 µg sizes are not recommended; use materials in original packaging until exhausted.
For larger sizes, reduce freeze/thaw cycles by preparing aliquots (not below 20 µL).

Target Information
NTRK3 (TRKC) belongs to the neurotrophic factor family central to the development and maintenance of the mammalian nervous system.
Known substrates for TRK receptors include SHC, PI-3 kinase, and PLCG1. Isoforms differ in signaling properties.
The protein is widely expressed, mainly in nervous tissue. Isoform B is more abundant in adult brain compared to fetal brain.
TRKC undergoes ligand-mediated auto-phosphorylation and contains 2 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains and 2 leucine-rich (LRR) repeats.
