Product #62273 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, and FACS applications.
It reacts with the heavy chains of mouse IgG and the light chains common to most mouse immunoglobulins, but not with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
Cross-adsorbed to minimize reactivity with human, bovine, horse, rabbit, swine, goat, and rat serum proteins.
Store protected from light at 4°C. For long-term storage, add an equal volume of glycerol (final 50%) and store at -20°C.
DyLight 350 Amax = 353 nm; Emax = 432 nm. Mole Dye/Mole Protein Ratio is lot-dependent.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and specifically recognize mouse immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target molecules and allow multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Secondary antibodies enhance sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins and further purified or modified to ensure high specificity.
