PUREZERO* Cleanroom Gloves are ideal for applications involving delicate equipment handling in microelectronics, semiconductors, optics, pharmaceutical, and medical device manufacturing. They are specifically designed to meet the stringent requirements of cleanroom environments.

• Recommended for use in ISO Class 3 or higher and Grade A/B/C/D cleanrooms
• Maximum particles: >0.5 µm/cm² less than 950
• AQL 0.65 for pinholes
• Accelerator-, silicone-, latex-, and powder-free
• Hand-specific, 30.5 cm (12") length with beaded cuff
• Fingertip thickness: 0.16 mm / 6 mil
• Palm thickness: 0.13 mm / 5 mil
• Max endotoxin level less than 20 EU
• Static for dissipative use, sterility assurance level 10⁻⁶

These gloves are clean processed (washed repeatedly in deionized water) to ensure consistent control of low particles, extractables and endotoxin levels. They are recommended for use in ISO Class 3 or higher cleanroom environments.
Individually pair packaged for aseptic donning (poly wallet and pouch) and triple-layer cleanroom compatible packaging (poly pouch, inner bag, and case liner).

PUREZERO* HG3 Sterile White Nitrile Cleanroom Gloves feature a hand-specific shape, 6 mil fingertip thickness, smooth finish, beaded cuff, and textured fingertips and palms. Gamma irradiation ensures sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶, suitable for aseptic cleanroom applications.

Made with accelerator-free nitrile polymer, these gloves are an excellent alternative for workers with latex allergies.

Certifications: Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Certificates of Irradiation (CoI), and Declaration of Conformity (DoC) are available online for each production lot.
