Target Information
IL-3Ra (Interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha) belongs to the type I cytokine receptor family and forms a heterodimer with the common beta (βc or CDw131) subunit.
IL-3Ra transmits the signal of Interleukin-3, and its heterodimerization with IL-3Rb is required for receptor activation.
IL-3Ra subunits are overexpressed on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) blasts compared with normal hematopoietic cells, making them potential targets for therapeutic agents.
