Gibco™ CTS Xenon SingleShot Electroporation Chamber
The Gibco CTS Xenon SingleShot Electroporation Chamber is designed for use with the Xenon Electroporation System in cell therapy research.
This single-use chamber is made of Tritan™ MX711 co-polyester with gold-plated electrodes and sterilized by gamma irradiation.
It can process 2 × 10⁷ to 1 × 10⁸ T cells in a 1 mL sample volume, and is supplied as a pack of six individually packaged chambers.
Optimized electroporation conditions developed with the Neon Transfection System can be scaled to the Xenon Electroporation System without compromising performance.
